God bless everyone!

I'm a newly converted Christian since April 2007. Since I became a Christian believer I witnessed troubles and problems in the church that I did not expect to be happening. As such, I am requesting the Christian community who have long handled Christian churches to share what they know regarding church management that will contribute to the growth and strenthening of a church and its members.

I am not searching for a perfect church for there is none, but rather I want to prepare myself for the future, when I am spiritually mature to start my mission and thereby also start a church. With all the good ideas that you will be sharing, at least the probability of having a troubled church will be minimal.

Thank you.

In my own Church, it goes to the Deacons, Members of the Board, then to the Body (members) of my Church. No my Church isn't prefect but, we try to be.
