Worthy Is The Lamb

Hi. I am a new member who joined today and I am glad to be here with other brothers and sisters in the Lord. Here below are few things about myself that some of you may like to know.
My brief testimony:
I have been a born again Christian since 1978 and I love the Lord. A co-worker used to leave gospel tracts laying around at work. They were those Jack Chick tracts which some of you may have seen and read. One day I picked one up and read it. I have not been the same since. My eyes were opened and for the very first time I understood who Jesus Christ really is, the meaning of the cross on which He died, that I was a sinner in need of a Savior and that without Jesus I was hellbound.
My interests:
I love all kinds of Christian music ( CCM, praise & worship, southern gospel, instrumental, traditional hymns, etc. ) It's all good as long as it lifts up my heart in praise to my King. I also have keen interests in apologetics, evangelism, history, politics, church and state issues, government, and Bible prophecy along with current affairs and events that have prophetic significance. Anything else that magnifies the Lord and brings glory to His Name.
My dislikes:
Godless philosophies of man such as atheism and secular humanism, false science which denies the Creator and all attempts by man to play God, murder of the unborn ( abortion ), all religious deception. Anything else that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.

Hi BHarper,
I welcomed you in another thread but I would still like to say welcome to Christians Unite again. Going by your list of interests I would say that there is plenty here that would coincide with them. Please feel free to join in any of them that you find interesting or even to start your own threads on them.
