Yippee!!!  I just broke out the Christmas CD's.   Grin  I love this time of year!  I think it's a good time to reflect on the relationship I've enjoyed the whole year long.  I also think it's a wonderful opportunity to teach my children something about God that sticks even more as the focus (at least in my house) is on Jesus, God's beautiful Gift to mankind!

Merry Christmas!!

One does not have to worry about the time closing in as Christmas things can be obtained at the same time one buys a Jack O Lantern or perhaps during the labor day cookout, One should be ready by now. However the local store was out of Barbies by Columbus Day. Whatever happened to Thanksgiving? It is lost in all this other faldara.

Put up a string of lights and turn them on for whatever day you are celebrating. In between use them as a night light. Saves worrying about the number of days until.

Isn't Christmas a day that was set aside, by the catholic church in Rome, to have a high mass in honor of Christ's birth?
Thus Christ's mass became Christmas.

I was wondering why we celebrate Pagan rituals? I heard that Jesus was supposed to be born sometime earlier in the year, and that Easter was a Pagan holiday too.
