 hi guys

i am jo and i am in the uk.  i am 29 for a few more weeks.  not really sure what to put so ask if you want to know things.

i have 2 boys and read my bible on a regular basis.  i have recently moved so i am looking to find a lively and inviting church near to me.

i was baptised in the baptist church in 1994 ish and did my work experience with a couple who were both ministers in 1993.  i would love to become a lay preacher but dont know what to do.

i was given the nick name angel by a friend who said that i was his angle and that i made him feel "alive".   i am told that i make a place light up when i am around.  me i just like to spread my happinness everywhere i go, i wake and thank the lord for another day to show his love to others, i like to make time for people no matter how busy i am and my phone is always on if someone needs a friend/shoulder.  i turn no-one away, but my friend does moan at me when he sees me getting exhausted.

i just pray each day  that my lord shines out of me and if i can make someone smile when they are feeling low then that is all the thanks/reward that i need

Welcome to the forums, Angel, or is that Angle since you spelled it both ways. I just love typos! Grin

Welcome Angel, it's  always nice to have more newcomers on the forum. I look forward to reading your posts and sharing the words of our beloved Lord, in encouragement to others and uplifting His Love for each one of us, though the exchange of fellowship on this board.
