To those who exercise love, the privilege to love and serve others itself is the greatest reward; because, that is the only desire they have in their hearts. They are, therefore, exceedingly thankful to God, for performing acts of love through them. God gives us a free gift. This gift is the gift of His own life, which He gave us by sacrificing His own life. It is the only gift that is real, because, it is the only gift that gives us life and is eternal. This gift is the intense desire to empty our own interest and unconditionally serve others. To accept this gift, is to live Jesus’ life.

God stayed faithful to His promise although we were unfaithful to Him, betrayed Him and killed Him. He expressed it by accepting death in order to compensate for our sins. Furthermore, He commands us to love one another in a similar manner (Jn 13:34).

Amen SurrenderSacrifice!

Matthew 22:36-40  NASB  "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And He said to him, " 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.' "This is the great and foremost commandment. "The second is like it, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' "On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets."
