Anyone else following the Kobe trial? Looks like it is going to Trail.

And I just want to give the Judge a hand, unlike the so-called "judge" Moore, Judge Frederick Gannett put his personal feelings aside, and followed the law. He did what the so-called "judge" Moore forgot to do: HIS JOB! See, the Colorado law has a low standard of proof for ordering a case to trial, and the judge is required to favor the prosecution when reveiwing evidance. So, even thougth he feels the evindiacne agaisnt Kobe is weak (which it is, I might add) he still follw the law.

This is how a law maker SHOULD behave! How Ironic, uh? Someone who believes Judges should OBEY the law!

A basebell player was accused of raping a girl that worked at a spa/hotal he was staying at. And unless the DA has some trick up us sleave, from what I've seen in the hearing, he would be let off even if he wasn't a famous sports star!

Go Kobe! Grin
