The five most prominent words in the typical Cub fan's vocabulary...When will we get our glory? Year 96 can't come soon enough...
Oh well. I wouldn't mind seeing the Red Sox go all the way. If it happens that it's the Marlins vs. the Yankees in the World Series (and it probably will be), however, well, I just don't know who to cheer for. I cannot ever, ever, EVER forgive Florida from stealing the spotlight, and I hate the Yankees with an undying passion. I hope everyone on both teams just dies and the trophy goes to the Cubs.

They've got helicopters circling around his house, the media breaking down his door, undoubtedly some kind of price on his head, he's on a Witness Protection Program (I think), he's probably become clinically depressed by now, and the fact that 40,000 people were calling him an a****** on Tuesday night doesn't really help matters much.
He should take the three-month vacation to Florida the state is offering him before his house gets rigged with explosives.
Yesterday, I was feeling particularly murderous towards him, but with everything he's got going on right now, I can't keep that anger towards him. He gave a sincere apology...let it go.
