Hi I am new here and my name is Jeff.   My nickname comes from being a soccer referee earlier on in life.  I am a British missionary living in Guatemala and helping to get souls saved and building churches.

Hello Jeff,

Welcome to Christians Unite. It's great to have you with us. I have a niece who served with a church group in Guatemala several years ago. The experience convinced her to attend Bible college and prepare for a life of missionary work. She met the love of her life in school and married a man who also wants to spend his life in the mission fields. I know from other missionaries in my family that it is a wonderful and rewarding life for the LORD.

I look forward to reading your posts and having fellowship with you.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Hello Jeff and welcome to CU.

There is a couple at our church that are now just waiting on the embassy to say they can come on down and pick up their little boy they are adopting from there.  They are so excited...it has been a long process for them (over a year), and one that has been plagued by delays and has been truly testing their faith and patience.
