Per Christian Aid, the Iraqi people are very eager to receive Bibles!!  Thousands of copies have already been distributed and native missionaries plan to hand out many more.  They have even been allowed to hand them out in schools (sure wish we could do that here!).  Also, a church has been established in Nineveh, Iraq!!

Please let's all remember to pray for our brothers and sisters in Iraq, where it is still very dangerous to be or become a Christian.

Received a prayer letter again from a native mission in Iraq.  People there are still very eager to receive the New Testament.  In one Muslim area, the people want "crosses" (no Christians there).  He sells ten crosses a day!  The Muslim man making and selling the crosses was very happy to accept some boxes of New Testaments....to give to the people as well!!

The native Christians are happy about the extra troops and pray for President Bush regularly.

One native pastor in Bagdad received a death threat and had to flee to another country.  But overall, the prayer letter had very good news!  Let's keep praying the Muslims will find the peace and forgiveness of God through Christ....and the love that this brings us, not only love for God but for others as well.
