"Repentance is not a once-for-all experience that takes place only at the time of initial conversion. It is in fact a daily sacrifice in which we see ourselves as we really are in the white, intense light of Christ’s character and His Word, so that we need to turn to Him for cleansing and for forgiveness."

Amen, we must constantly repent of sins that we have committed during the day, and even of those sins that we thought about committing and the sins of ommision too, for instance if we know and feel in our spirit that we should pray for someone and don't do it that too is a sin.
