If a man sin against the Lord, who shall intreat for him? I Sam. 2:25

If any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: and he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world. I John 2:1, 2

Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; to declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Rom. 3:25, 26

He is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom. Job 33:24

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea, rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Rom. 8:31, 33, 34

Whom having not seen, ye love. I Pet. 1:8

We walk by faith, not by sight. II Cor. 5:7

We love him, because he first loved us. I John 4:19

And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. I John 4:16

In whom ye trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise. Eph. 1:13

God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Col. 1:27

If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? I John 4:20

Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. John 20:29

Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. Psa. 2:12

The Lord Our Righteousness. Jer. 23:6

We are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags. Isa. 64:6

I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only. Psa. 71:16

I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God: for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels. Isa. 61:10

Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him. Luke 15:22

To her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. Rev. 19:8

I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord ... that I may win Christ, and be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith. Phil. 3:8, 9

Oh that thou wouldest keep me from evil. I Chron. 4:10

Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. Luke 22:46

The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. Matt. 26:41

Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die: remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me: lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God in vain. Prov. 30:7-9

The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. Psa. 121:7

I will deliver thee out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem thee out of the hand of the terrible. Jer. 15:21

He that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. I John 5:18

Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Rev. 3:10

The LORD knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations. II Pet. 2:9

One star differeth from another star in glory. I Cor. 15:41

By the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest. And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all. Mark 9:34, 35

Be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. I Pet. 5:5, 6

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: who ... made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow. Phil. 2:5-7, 9, 10

They that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. Dan. 12:3

Be strong, and work; for I am with you, saith the Lord of hosts. Hag. 2:4

I am the vine, ye are the branches: he that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. John 15:5

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Phil. 4:13

Strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Eph. 6:10

The joy of the Lord is your strength. Neh. 8:10

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets. Zech. 8:9

Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not. Isa. 35:3, 4

The LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might. Jud. 6:14

If God be for us, who can be against us? Rom. 8:31

Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not. II Cor. 4:1

Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Gal. 6:9

Thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I Cor. 15:57

The darkness hideth not from thee. Psa. 139:12

His eyes are upon the ways of man, and he seeth all his goings. There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves. Job 34:21, 22

Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? ... Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD. Jer. 23:24

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; ... nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness.... Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. Psa. 91:5, 6, 9, 10

He that keepeth thee will not slumber. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil. Psa. 121:3, 5-7

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me. Psa. 23:4

The Lord hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way. Deut. 17:16

Truly if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better country, that is a heavenly. Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt. Heb. 11:15, 16, 25, 26

The just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition, but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. Heb. 10:38, 39

No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. Luke 9:62

God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. Gal. 6:14

Come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. II Cor. 6:1

He which hath begun a good work in you, will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Phil. 1:6

They talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded. Psa. 69:26

I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction. Zech. 1:15

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Gal. 6:1

He which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. James 5:20

Comfort the feeble-minded, support the weak, be patient toward all men. I Thess. 5:14

Let us not . . . judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way. Rom. 14:13

We . . . that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Rom. 15:1

Charity ... rejoiceth not in iniquity. I Cor. 13:4, 6

Let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. I Cor. 10:12

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10

In the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Gen. 2:17

She took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. Gen. 3:6

The wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Rom. 6:23

If by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ. Rom. 5:17

Since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. I Cor. 15:21, 22

Our Saviour Jesus Christ.... hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. II Tim. 1:10

God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. I John 5:11, 12

He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:17

The judgment seat. II Cor. 5:10

We are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth. Rom. 2:2

When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shalt he sit upon the throne of his glory: and before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats. Matt. 25:31, 33

Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Matt. 13:43

Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God thatjustifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea, rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Rom. 8:33, 34

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. Rom. 8:1

We are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. I Cor. 11:32

The grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. I Tim. 1:14

Ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich. II Cor. 8:9

Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound. Rom. 5:20

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. Eph. 2:7, 9

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Gal. 2:16

According to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour. Titus 3:5, 6

I am ... the bright and morning Star. Rev. 22:16

There shall come a star out of Jacob. Num. 24:17

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Rom. 13:12

Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether. Song 2:17

Watchman, what of the night? The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night: if ye will enquire, enquire ye: return, come. Isa. 21:11, 12

I am the light of the world. John 8:12

I will give him the morning star. Rev. 2:28

Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: ... lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch. Mark 13:33-37
