Hello Daryl,

I'm not sure what the "grin" at the end of your post signifies, but this really isn't funny. I'll give you some advice anyway:  stop, pray, and read your Bible.

...im hoping that the number "7" .the number of completion.this will be the year of the start of my healing...

FIRST OF ALL UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE ALL READY BEEN HEALED.  WHAT JESUS CHRIST DID FOR ONE HE DID FOR ALL...LONG BEFORE YOU WERE EVEN BORN.  THIS MEANS THAT YOUR 'HEALTH' HAS ALREADY BEEN GIVEN, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS ACCEPT IT, RECEIVE IT AND WALK IN IT.

THANK GOD FOR WHAT HE HAS ALREADY DONE FOR YOU.

That was just the introduction.  Now here is your response, spend more time doing the things that God glories in and less time with nothing to do.  Occupy yourself, get more involved in the activities at your church and less involved with the leisure time with friends (or by spending too much time alone).  Surround yourself with people, friends and family that will hold you accountable and keep you focused on more constructive tasks.

The hardest thing to do is to tell someone about a problem you may have, but that is a tool of the enemy.  He knows that Sanctification (being set apart) is impossible when you try to do it alone.  You need someone that you can be held accountable by.  Find someone that you trust, or begin to get involved with someone you would like to trust.  If you already have someone...then tell them what you need help on.

It's easy to ask people here, because we don't know you.  But we can't really help you, except to tell you what the scripture says.  The problem with that is knowing what the scripture says (knowing as in understanding) is not doing what the scripture says.  No one here can help make you do the right things, you need a physical presence that you can focus your eyes on that can help you walk out what you learn in scripture.

I will pray for you.

John 14:21, 23, 24

"He who has my commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me.."

"If anyone loves Me he will keep my word.."

"He who does not love me does not keep My words.."

Daryl,
You have a decision to make and you are having problems because you haven't made it. The battle is in the mind, not your body. If you love God with all your heart, you will obey Him. It's that simple. Start practising Jesus presence. He is with you always. Bring every thought to Christ. Bring every action to Christ. Picture Jesus with you during your days. Would you do what you do, watch what you watch and think what you think if Jesus was right beside you? He will honor your desire to please Him. If you are tempted: in the moment you are tempted, pray to Him for help. He is faithful.

As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him.

Walking with the Lord and in fellowship with God is the most wonderful life there is.   I pray you will realize this and make a break from what will bring you down.  Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.
