Interfaith Call for Vatican to Open Holocaust Archives
01:20 Dec 13, '06 / 22 Kislev 5767

(IsraelNN.com) Thirty-five leading Catholic and Jewish scholars and activists are calling on the Vatican to open its Holocaust-era archives.

All have signed a petition organized by world Jewish leader Seymour Reich and the David S. Wyman Institute for Holocaust Studies, which demanded the archives be opened so the full historical record can be seen.

The petition came in response to the recent discovery of two new documents connected with Pope Pius XII’s response to the Holocaust.

Hello Dreamweaver,

Brother, I either can't remember or haven't heard Pope Pius XII's response to the Holocaust. The Iranian idiot calling himself president has dominated most of the news on this subject recently. All I can say is it would take a blind, bigoted fool to deny that the Holocaust happened. I many times wonder what many fools actually believe and if it resembles what they say in public. That's what I get for thinking there might be a limit to stupidity.    Grin

I am curious if what they come out with will match what history has to say on his statements and actions.

Not only the blind and bigoted but those that want to deny the part that their own people took in the holocaust and to use those lies for their own current agendas.
