I agree with Brother Tom here that you have stereotyped both women and evangelicals.

I suggest that you study the word a bit closer. Compare Rom 16:1 with that of Rom 15:8. Don't just do a surface look at them but rather actually do a study on them.

Hello,

Neither chapter, let alone the verses themselves negate the requirements for pators and elders. I don't read the verses by themselves, but rather the full context in which they were written. Versus mean nothing by themselves because they can be used and twisted to support almost anything when used out of context. There is nowhere in the Bible that supports female elders and pastors.
Saint Paul may have had great femal help, but they were not elders nor pastors. I submit this link for you to read, if you will...
