I got a brand new fancy computer a few months ago, and DSL, but I have yet to get a DVD player. Don't know what I would do with it.
Let us know what it is like. I would like to know.

Yours in Christ.  Roy.

Does that just mean that someone is reading the bible on DVD?

What version are they using?

I just got this today in the mail and started going through both discs--the Old Testament on one disc, and the New Testament on the other.

Beside the reading and showing of biblical scriptures, the only feature are pictures that one might read about in the scriptures; the pictures are the same on both discs.

The reading is fine.  However, LEVITICUS 18 sounded like it was read by a different narrator--the reading was a little faster.

If you're going to buy this DVD, please don't let it be a replacement for your bibles.  The best way to learn is to read each verse and let it absorb in your head before continuning on to another verse; the DVD's narrator won't stop between the reading each verse--thus, no time to reflect and absorb each verse.

Hey you didn't answer my question concerning the version.

As to your verse by verse thing (not that I condone getting rid of your bible) but there is always a pause button.

A CD would be nice. My job puts me on the road a lot. I wore out a set of cassettes of the KJV years ago.
