Prayer for Ministry

Greetings Brethren,

I want to ask for your prayers. My husband and I are directors of Christian Pen Pals, outreach ministry to people in prison. Please pray with us, God of the harvest to send more laborers, the fields are white for harvest, the laborers are few. Many inmates are in need of mentors, encouragers, teachers, etc. and it takes a year or two normally to get them connected with a Christian pen pal.

Hello Mercy,

I will definitely be praying for your ministry. I would volunteer to help you, but I'm already doing all that my health will allow. We do have some younger people here who might be able to help.

I will definitely pray for your success in the prison ministry. It's hard because each criminal is daily surrounded by criminal influence - that's why for so many it's a revolving door, but God is all powerful. You both are in my prayers.
