1 corinthians 12:3

1 john 4:1-3

1 john 4:15

Do they mean if a person cant say with his mouth Jesus is the son of GOD/Jesus is Lord that they dont have the holy spirt?

Quote
1 Corinthians 12:3
Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.

This verse makes two points.  One, that a Christian (one speaking by the Spirit of God) can call Jesus accursed.  Two, no one can call Jesus Lord except by the Holy Spirit.  It is not saying what you suggested, just that human nature in itself will not allow you to call Jesus Lord.  Only by the Holy Spirit can one do that.

The other two verses pretty much are saying the same thing.
