poe` folk use the barter exchange method only...trade some of that fertilizer for my garden for say ...some genuine canuck mud pies for your table ...i`ll even throw in some worms for free
you can pretend the worms are the beef if your imagination is good enuff LOL

In a communications course in college we had to give a series of speeches, and one of them was a how-to. One girl made "mud pie" with oreo mashed cookies, I think there was chocolate pudding...it looked just like the real thing. And you can always put the gummy worms in it for an added nuance!
I don't know if that counts as health food, but...
I'm trying to get back on my health kick, though. I've even cut down on *gasp!* chocolate!
