Good movies I would recommend......

Family Type Movies:.....Forest Gump, Dantes Peak, The Family Man, Sister Act, Armaggedon, A Night's Tale, Cast Away, Gremlins, Jumanji, Princess Diaries, Anne of Green Gables!                      

Action Type Movies:......All of the Terminators, Tomb Raider,  Kate & Leopold, and Oh Brother Where Art Thou?, Armaggedon,  and XXX!

All of those are a must see I'd say!!!
 
So if you haven't watched all of those then go rent all of the one's you missed!

Cast Away was an interesting see.  Hanks finds himself just as alone when he returns, as when he was lost...

Sister Act- Another one I Hated
Armaggedon- Fair
A Night's Tale- I Have Not seen it
Cast Away - Another on I Hated
Gremlins - It was OK
Jumanji- One of my FAVORITES
Princess Diaries- Never will watch it
Anne of Green Thou? - Never heard of it    

All of the Terminators- LOVED Them All      
Tomb Raider- Loved It        
Gables- Never heard of it    
Kate & Leopold- I liked it a lot
XXX - Good move
