Man Sues Catholic Church over Existence of Jesus

According to a popular news network, the European Court of Human Rights has agreed to consider hearing Luigi Cascioli's case against the Catholic Church.
Cascioli says he wants the church to show proof that Jesus Christ existed. He says there was no Jesus; that there was a military man named John of Gamala who lived at the time of Jesus and it was gospel writers who turned that military man into the character of Jesus. Cascioli bases his case is on two points in Italian law; it is illegal to "abuse the popular credulity and it is illegal to impersonate another person.
He calls the Catholic Church leaders "con men," and says "they take advantage of the popular belief."
He originally sued a local priest as it is against the law to sue the Pope as the Pope is a head of state. Italian courts rejected his case

As we get futher along, I think we are going to see more of this happening.  With some people Jesus could stand right in front of them, and they well still not see.

Yes I feel we see allot of eye rolling, head spinning type events in our life time. The closer we get day by day to Jesus coming to call is flock home the crazier this world will get. Satan and his disciples are busy very busy.

History records the reality of the man Jesus. Just read the  book "Josephus" as just one example.
The problem is not in proving Jesus was real, the problem is his willingness to accept that Jesus
did what he did for him!
