I can't describe the feelings I felt, outside of it feeling like I was walking on air. Grin To me it is one of those things I can't describe. One of these days you will know, what I'm talking about.

It is sadness, heartbreak, joy, comfort, worry, plus much more and above all else love that is beyond description all rolled up together. I hope that some day, but none too soon, that you get to experience it for yourself, then and only then will you truly understand what I mean.

What does it feel when you watch your child  grow up?   Or not knowing he is growing up?

That must be a horrible feeling but one that I haven't experienced. I enjoyed every minute of my children as they grew up watching them as they did. Unfortunately some parents get pretty busy and forget to take the time to do that. They end up regetting it when their child is already grown.
