I'm actually quite angry with what some people on here have said to the person who is an Islam.
I've talked to many other Christian children online, and they are way more tolerant then this. You denounce Islam, and say it's a vile religion. I came back purely to find more peace, but instantly I step into an arguement.
How about you accept that other people's religions are not all demon/anti-christ.
I'm not saying Christianism is a bad thing, it's teacher you morals. But so many people on so many forums I have been to have their heads up their arses and claimed that their religion is the one and only.
I would be surprised in the end if there turned out to be no Gods of any form.

This may seem really rude but I do hope you take into consideration what I have said. If I have offended you, then I am not going to fully apologise. I am an opioninated person, firm in what I stand by.
I also believe in freedom of speech, and acceptance of what others seek in life.

I actually hope this will turn into a good debate.

Oh...I will apologise anyway. This is a Christian Forum after all.

Probably because they are children, and children don't tend to have very good judgment.

It is. All it takes is a little bit of study on the quran and haddith to understand why.

Many of them do....particularly Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Shintoists, Pantheists, Animists,Baathists, Sadists, and a whole slew of others.

I'm sure. OTOH, Jesus DID say "I am the way, the truth, and the life. NO ONE comes to the Father BUT BY ME!"  It's His way or the highway.

You do?  Then why are you so angry over our exercise of our freedom of speech?  Ahhhh....I see...."freedom" of speech doesn't include hearing something that you don't personally like.  Um hmmm.

 You really can't be critical or even have an opinion until you have studied the subject that you are talking about.

 I know you haven't looked seriously into Christianity because if you had, you would be a Christian...that's how strong and powerful the evidence is for Jesus. Look for it, and you'll find it in the history books, in archaeology in the scientific world, in your fellow man's testimonies, and also in the Bible.

Compared to all other book of antiquity, the Bible stands alone in it’s accuracy and authenticity. These other (false) religious books can’t stand up to that standard

We don't make any apologies for our rules. This is a Christian Forum, and there isn't any pulpit here for Islam. Some are determined there will be, and they continue with determination to preach Islam on Christians Unite. Their posts are deleted, and they are warned a couple of times. If they don't stop, they are banned. It's just as simple as that.

Islam is Antichrist, and Jesus Christ is everything to us. Those who wish to ask questions are most welcome, but those who wish to preach Islam are not. There is no debate about Islam here and there won't be. You didn't step into an argument. You stepped into the repeated statement that there is no pulpit here for Islam, and there never will be. All attempts to preach Islam here will end in the same way: posts deleted, person warned, and person banned if they don't stop. The exact same is true for other Antichrist religions.

Dear Hurting,

If you wish to seek truth that is most commendable.  I hope you will find it.

You say that you are an atheist.  You might start your quest by asking yourself why you are an atheist.  I am sure that you have many questions you would like to ask Christians.  I suggest that you read the FAQ for non-Christians in the Apologitics section.  What questions you have we will try to answer according to our Christian viewpoint.  

You have also said "I would be surprised in the end if there turned out to be no Gods of any form."  If this a topic you would like to debate, you will only find a one-sided arguement here because all Christians believe in God.  So if you would like to debate the existence of God, you would have to go to an agostic forum.  We would rather not have you go there because we would really like you to know God and Jesus Christ because we love you.  

I don't want you to find out there is God too late, because it will be too late for you to accept Christ.  So I am hoping you will stay and ask questions.  Please follow the rules and don't get angry.  There are a few hotheads here but I am sure they are just being fervent in their faith.  

As for saying you beleive in the freedom of speech, you must be an American.  There is no full freedom of speech in my country but we are fortunate that we can still be Christians.  So it might bring to mind why some countries have out-right banned the Bible.  What is so dangerous about the Christian religion that you have said teaches such good morals?  Stay and ask questions.

Can I ask you what would be the harm in believing in Jesus?
Would you be punished for believing?
Every since I've believed I've been blessed.
Good things always out weigh the bad and things have only gotten better, not worse. Do I cry yes but it's not the same as when I didn't believe. I have hope. Hope is good.
Also I have a ball as a Christian!!! It's fun!
Now I just ask 1 more thing...
wouldn't you rather believe and die and find out GOD is not real than don't believe and die and find out He is?

What is your question exactly? Do you want to know why Christians aren't more tolerant? What's your point? I might be of help if I knew.
