I have entered a wrestling game with some guy and lady friends.
The girls wrestled the guys. The guys wrestled the guys. The girls wrestled the girls. It was all fun. When competing, I give it my best. It doesnt matter if I am competing against males or females. I am not out to destroy anyone, just compete while giving it my best.
I first faced a boy named Matt and won. I faced a boy named Todd and lost. I faced a big girl named Alice and won. I faced a girl named Joanna and won. I faced a boy named Arthur and won.
I learned later that a lot of the guys "let the girls" win. Also, some girls said they expected the guys to let them win. I told them all that i dont play that bullgotcha2. I compete against a man, let him give me his best and if I win, cool. If I lose, that's okay too. If I compete against a woman and win, cool. If I lose to a woman, okay.
It's just a fun competition. I dont let anyone win.
DO other guys and girls feel the way I do ?
When I told the guys and the girls my policy on competition, they looked at me like I was strange.
Is it because I am an "odd" male and somehow different from other males that I have this attitude
??
