1  Prayer / Prayer Requests / Re: Eczema problems on: January 02, 2008, 12:59:46 PM
I will pray for you. I know what you are going through. I have had Eczema since I was a child. I used to bleed on all my fingers and feet. My mama would lay me on the couch and put cortisone cream on it. There would be days where I could not walk it was bad. Aloe leaf can be applied for the itching.

It is hard to clear up even with cortisone cream. Try to avoid soaps that have a lot salt or fragrance in them. I used to surf a little when I lived in California and by the time I came out of the ocean my hands were prunes as well as bleeding. lol Smiley

What also works well is Aveno oatmeal soap for the face and body. Anything with oatmeal can sooth your skin and keep it from itching. You will be in my prayers, God Bless.....

3  Fellowship / Just For Women / Re: New pastor doesn't want us to teach the children Bible stories! on: January 02, 2008, 03:13:36 AM
Beware of someone who does not want to teach The Word of God from the Bible. That is not right and I will pray for boldness and for your eyes to be open to the truth of this church and the motives and intentions of there hearts...Blessings...
4  Entertainment / Animals and Pets / Re: What's your favorite animal? on: January 02, 2008, 03:07:06 AM
My all time favorite animal are birds. I love them all. I used to have 11 birds all different kinds and now I am down to 6. Dogs are nice too because they can protect you well and are just as good companions. We have dogs as well. Are friends ask if they can come over to our zoo house....
5  Prayer / Prayer Requests / A new beginning on: January 02, 2008, 03:00:14 AM
Hello everyone and God Bless,

I want to thank each and every one of you for your commitment to prayer and intercession. I feel honored just to request prayer from all of you.

I am believing for God to bless my husband and I with a job. I have such a deep desire to help people who are hurting and I love the arts. I would love for someone to give me a chance. I am a very faithful worker and put my whole heart into any job given to me. Even if I do not get paid for it.

My husband has been working for 4 years at a company that pays him so little it's sad. He works so hard and has not received a raise. I tell him to thank God for having a job and for the little money he does make because there are so many people who can not find work. He has no passion for this job and he is miserable and it is taking effect on him in depression. He is praying for God to open the right doors of favor for the both of us. My heart is to help the prisoners and the outcast. The people society throws to the side. These very people are God's children and they need to know how much God loves them for who they are.

Please pray for the both of us to be where God has called us to be in the work force. We want where we work to be Divine and not just some job we make money at. Thanks so much for your time and prayers......
