That is halarious! Do you know there is like a book for every year saying that Jesus is coming back. For ex, .....Jesus is coming back for the mellinium or Jesus is coming back in 2007. It is ridicolous. The bible is clear that no one knows, but people always are making fusses over it for attention.

I appreciate all of your guys' replies...I have had KP since I was six and have been trying to hide it since. I hate it when people find out about it. Right now it kinda burns a little because of the weather change. My skin has gotten really dry and irrated. It's a constant struggle. I wish it would just go away. I want to get married some day and I just feel like that won't ever happen. I feel like a beast. The verses were really encouraging though. I really appreciate it and I know we serve a big God and we don't always understand what it is that is happening but nothing passes him that he isn't aware of and in control of. I also know that there is more to life then what people try to feed us. I just read a really good book by John Eldredge, it is called the Journey of Desire and it is helping alot. I would really appreciate your prayers thankyou for offering. I really need the strenght especially now. Thanks!

Oh, I forgot to say that the laysor thing...I would really need help...my parents don't help me and I have no resources. I know nothing about that kinda stuff so I don't know what I would do to try it out. or if it would even help it any. Thanks again.

I have KP very severly, when I mean very, I mean it is yucky....I have been to the derm twice and since it is genetic they can't really do anything except they think that layser hair removal might be beneficial in small ways because the keratin build up is worse because of my hair follicles. Kinda weird, I know...I also have asthma, allergies, cold sores, joint pain...the list goes on and doctors say that most people who have Keratosis pilarsis also have asthma and allergies. It is very confusing though. Especially since nothing REALLY helps it. I have tried everything and personally I think some people just say a certain product will help it just to make money. Anywho.....I just could really use your guys's prayers. Thankyou so much for your responses and support. I need it SO SO much!!! Thankyou!

I just really need to hear from the lord. It is like he is always being silent. i am really frusterated. I have posted here one time before about a genetic skin disorder that I have. I can't really just let anyone know. It effects everything that I do and it just hurts I have noone that I can go to to discuss it with because most the people I know wouldn't be mature enough to understand what it is and what I am going through. It just makes things hurt worse. I just don't want to be alone any more.

Finally, I prayed the right thing! God answered yes! I am so excited! I just got my license and money that I needed, my relationship with my family is so much better than it was and I am learning alot! God just keeps blessing me! I guess I just forgot that prayer is not only about asking, but being thankful (relationship) and trusting God. He is the greatest Dad!

Looking at Matthew 7:15-23, we find Jesus gives us the guideline for determining false teachings and false prophets:

Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. I suggest a good read would be "The Case for Christ" I believe it discusses things similar to this if not directly. I am still reading it when I have time. It is very helpful.

I don't know if anyone has already suggested this but it is a book called love and respect. It is silver and red. you can probably get it at a christian bookstore. I think the author is emerson, but i am not sure. hope that helps.
