SORRY FOR THE LENGHT OF THE QUESTION.
I would to reword my question, I had been an interim-pastor from 2000-2005. After the church decided to disband the group that was left did not want to start another church. So I assisted them in finding other churches. At that time I started visiting churches, I even when back to the denomination I had served in for 25 years. But it was not the same at the church I attend, I wasn't really want there which cause problems with other churches in the denomination not want me at there churches. I really can't think of anything I did wrong other than just wanting to be a help. So what do interim- pastors do when they are trying to find a church home and no other churches wants to work with you or they just don't want outside preacher in their pulpit. I have been in the ministier for 30 yrs. It seems when I visited churches looking for a church home, I am push to the side, I have visited one church for over a year now and the pastor has had his first time to ask me off the back seat or even acknowledge me as a preacher. I did not not go there for a position, but I can't tell you, I wouldn't like to help somewhere doing something for the Lord, in some church, but this has seem to be a problem so far everywhere I go within my town. I really need so sound godly advice. I am not looking for someone to take me by the hand and give me anything, but at the same time I not wanting to push my way into someone else's home without being welcome to be there and be a help. So yes I need so Sound godly advice from preacher, pastor, ministiers, elders, and godly brothers and sisters who can understand my desire to stay in God's Will.
