Hi folks,
Please pray for my dad's best friend. He had a Brain Aneurysm and is at UCLA in a 6 hour experimental surgery. He has a 50/50 chance of survival.
Thanks,

Like Mariane says, I wish I could just give you a hug. It is so devistating and heart breaking. I will pray for you. Even though you feel far from God, he will carry and get you through. You may feel like he doesn't hear your prayers but he does and will make you stronger through it. You are just at the hardest part right now.....so sorry, God Bless.

Hey MJC,
Again, I will repeat...everyone has done such a great job advising - all I can say is no one is perfect but God and we just have to look to Him to perfect us. We all go through stuff, whether it be guilt, shame, depression....most of us have all felt some sort of cloud or I don't care attitude at some point in our life....but if you continue to pray God will meet you even at your lowest point when you think even God has left you ...he will meet you and bring good out of the bad and it ends up being a testimony to others going through what you went through. Just keep the faith girl. I will pray for you too.

That must be so hard. I don't know about your condition either, but any mental condition must be more difficult than I can fathom. I have known people with manic depression and it just seems like such a roller coaster. I will pray for you and may God guide you to find the right meds for you or deliver you from this all together....

Prayer / Prayer Requests / Re: pray for my daughter

Hi Debp, I am kind of narotic anyway.....this asthma thing has kind of sent me over the edge. She has had allergy tests and she came out clean. I do use free and clear ALL or Cheer. I have the air purifier. I have had the ducts clean and vaccum frequently. Unfortunately, I live in Southern California near Los Angeles...I have thought of moving outside of Los Angeles before but it never seemed to happen because I would miss my family too much. My daughter seems to have episodes mostly when she gets sick. I had my in-laws over this weekend (my brother in law was home from Iraq) so they had a party at our house and every kid that walked in the door was sick. My daughter just had pneumonia a month ago. So by the grace of God, she is ok. She had an episode the night before last but I gave her the lung steriod and she is fine...(which doesn't always happen). My poor daughter is just sick so much....I appreciate all the prayers. Thanks again.

It's funny you say that because everytime everything is going really smooth. I always think, "Ok - something bad is going to happen" - and I am hardly a pessimist but it just seems to work out that way....but God is always good and brings greatness to the worst situation ![Smiley](http://forums.christiansunite.com/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Amen to that. Yeah - I have read up on that a little, just researching with my husband's stuff. All that colon stuff doesn't sound like fun at all but I think IBS is a little less severe. I am glad that he is ok.

Hi Tammy,
All I have to say is WOW!!! I read your testimony on Myspace. I love to hear miracles like that. It is so weird because I have never heard of a Copper deficiancy before and that is the second time I have heard of that this week. God is s good and amazing. I will pray for you, Tammy. It seems like Christians go through trial so much more because God uses that time to get close to us. Don't you notice when things are going great - we aren't as close to God as when things kind of stink. I know when I am going through hard times during prayer and listening to Christian music and just lose it and start crying.
God Bless Tammy!!

Amen to that sister Maria. All I can do is pray - I would like to drag him by the ear sometimes to the dr....but that wouldn't be appropriate. God is powerful and good and always comes through. I have had a real test of faith this week. I had eye muscle surgery and this past week I haven't barely been able to see and my eye has been drifting out - they are all bloody and swollen with double vision....and I kept thinking that my vision wasn't this bad before, why did I do this? The dr. said it could take up to 2 months until everything is normal, so I keep praying for a full restoration....I am telling you I am only 29 years old and my husband is 30 - this past year we have had so much go on in the family (health wise) I feel like I live in old folks home ![Grin](http://forums.christiansunite.com/Smileys/default/grin.gif)
