My last name is Thibodeaux. So, in Atheletes, we always go by last names for some reason, and in middle school, guys from the team would called out "Hey, Thibodeaux" and everyone, started doing it. after while, in high school, someone just said "Hey, Tibby" and it stuck. Now, everyone who knows me calls me tibby.

That is my lame epic. So, whitehorse, what about you? Ofcourse, we can take the biblical referance, but why that name?

Oklahoma Howdy to All,

I wanted something very plain and I like to eat blackeyed peas with ham, cornbread, and buttermilk.

BlackeyedPeasWithHamCornbreadAndButtermilk was too long, so I settled with Blackeyedpeas.   Grin

My screen name comes from a character that I write about. She's a hermit doctor.

Good question, Whitehorse.  Thank yo.

Willowburch:  She's a hermit doctor.    Huh  Yikes.   Grin

Mine comes from Revelation 11:15,

"Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever."

...and from Rev. 19:6-8,

"Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty thunderpeals, crying, 'Hallelujah!  For the Lord our God the Almighty reigns.  Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready..."

...a veritable victory culiminating in a "symphony" or exultation to the Lord God Almighty....

Sapphire WEAPON is the monster that attacks Junon in Final Fantasy VII. It is never actually named in the game other than WEAPON, but it has been given the prefix "Sapphire" among FFVII fans, due to its blue color.

Mine comes from the name of an Inn where theologians used to meet to discuss the latest occurences in Christianity during the 1600s. Eventually the ideas discussed there spread the Reformation across Europe. The name of the inn was The White Horse Inn. It also reminds me of a friend who didn't know the Lord. But God gave me a chance to share the gospel with him, and he did ask lots of questions. But it was the last time I spoke with him, because he was killed in a car accident shortly thereafter. The white horse had special meaning in his life, but why it was special to him is a theequit!

Actually, WhitehorseToo and I are the same person-I had to switch names because I boobooed myself out of my account. I changed my email, which automatically sends you a new password when you do that, but I typoed my email address-twice-and locked myself out of my account. But BEP and Ray helped me get back on track. Thanks, guys!

A "theequit".   Hmmmm.   What language is that?  I guess that's a "theequit" too.   Cool

You know, a few months ago on a Christian radio station I heard a half hour broadcast called, "The Whitehorse Inn", named likewise for the same reason--the Reformation in Europe...

I theenk.

Yep! The White Horse Inn is named after this very place and incident. Although, it still irks me to no end that they say, "Whith plenty of dishes on tap..."  Grin

But we'll keep that a theequit!
