Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a mother of two small children. Married to a wonderful man. I currently home school. I've been reading your topics and I'm glad I've found this place. Looking forward to getting to know you all.  Smiley

I'm sayin' hi to you a lot of places!
Home schooling!! What a wonderfully rewarding "job" - I respect you SO much for that!  God Bless you for making sure your kids are educated properly!
(Does your "Wonderful Man" help or does he get confused between a right angle and a dangling participle??)   Grin

Welcome! I was homeschooled nearly all my life, and it is such a blessing for Christian families to train their children up in righteousness at home! It takes a lot of fortitude and patience, but it is worth it!

Hi, Sunny.

I'm new here too, but thought I'd say howdy, anyway.

Homeschooling is extremely admirable!  I understand that is must be hard but rewarding work, am I right?

Wow! Thanks for all of the warm welcomes.  Grin

Let me tell ya a little bit more about myself. I live in Florida. It's been in the mid 70's all week. (not to rub it in or anything..lol.. sorry northerners) Tongue

Along with my dear hubby and two girls (twins) I love animals. We have a Golden retriever named Riley, a cat named Mitch, a Bunny named Jarr Jarr..lol (hubby & girls love Star Wars), 5 fish (1 just died  Cry ), and a cockatiel in a very large caaage. *hear me sing to the tune of 12 Days* lol. (actually you wouldn't want to do that.. I'm a 'shower only' singer.  Wink )

Hmmmm.. lets see. What other meaningless info can I share?..
I absolutely LOVE Mexican food. (could eat it 7 nights a week I think) Also love chili cheese! Mmmmmm. Chili cheese fries, chili cheese hot dogs... chili cheese fritos.. (you get the point)  Grin But they don't have Chili Cheese Flavored Fritos in Florida! I miss them.  Embarrassed They are the bomb! (yes, I grew up in the 80's and still say bomb..lol)

I love missions. The Lord has allowed me to go on several mission trips in my life time. If you ever get the opportunity to do a short term mission trip.. go for it! ..It will be a life changing experience. I'd post photos if I could. Can we post pictures here? Do you guys do that?

Well, that's enough about me. Can't wait to get to know everyone else. Please share whatever you'd like about yourself!

God Bless. Thanks again for the welcome.  Smiley

PS.. why does it say "I'm a llama" under my name after the amount of posts?..lol. Is that my group or something? "The llama's" ..lol. If so, who else here is a llama?  Huh

Hi Sunny!

Welcome aboard.  I used to live Florida too in the Ft Laud area.   I moved to Texas with my job.  My Idea of mexican food is taco bell...lol  Other than that its burgers and pizza all the way!

Just wanted to say welcome and hope you enjoy the message Board.

Grace and Peace!

Oklahoma Howdy to Sunny,

I sincerely hope you enjoy Christians Unite.

I would sure enjoy it if you would start a thread about homeschooling. I think that is a fascinating topic. I think that many would be interested and have questions, including this grandpa.

In Christ,
Tom
