I'm new here...just found the place...looks interesting so I might stay awhile...
my name is Ken and I live in San Antonio with my wife and son...we used to live in Beaumont, Texas...then a little lady named Rita blew into town and we don't live there anymore...so much the better...GOD has truly blessed us and we have everything we need (and even a few things we want) so I can't complain...look forward to posting with y'all...GOD bless...

Resting in the hands of the Lord. Bob
Jeremiah 17:8 For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters that spreads out its roots by the river; and it shall not see and fear when heat comes; but its leaf shall be green. It shall not be anxious and full of care in the year of drought, nor shall it cease yielding fruit.

I'm not a Texan but I did spend some time at the Holiday Inn one night. I did live there in the Whaley/New Boston area for a little over a year in 1966 1967.
