I've had my pot of coffee and I am now celebrating with a diet cola before noon! After, what? 3 months or longer? I have finally finished all the curtains that I was making for my friends boat! WhooHoo! What a job! He is very pleased with them and he said that everyone that comes over comments on them! Today all I had left to do was the tie-backs and that finishes it!
So how is the water level where you are sister? I hope, and pray you haven't floated away............ I'm sitting here drinking from my 2 nd pots of coffee.

Coffee !!! I just ran out of coffee, now what?  I had a good day, spent some time with one of my beautiful daughters. It's always a blessing to have your children near you. It quit raining and the sky is dark, think I'll settle down with the Lords word and some quiet prayer time. Guess I'll have to have a coke {yuke}

Ref. running out of coffee, I have a couple of small tins of flavored coffee that I don't like that I keep in reserve. It will do in a pinch, and it's old enough now that the extra flavor they added that I don't like is beginning to wear off. I'll holler at you tomorrow. Sleep well.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!
I'm sitting here drinking some coffee, enjoying some devotions, and I have a news program going in the background.
I almost had an accident when I heard that the BIG THREE auto makers want the taxpayers to rescue them while paying their average worker $78 per hour! $78 per hour! WOW! - They have their nerve asking folks who are making 1/7 th as much to rescue them. Is it just me, or is this insane? Highly skilled tradesmen like welders might work their way up to $28 per hour over a lifetime in my part of the country. I might add that all kinds of highly skilled tradesmen are in short supply in my part of the country. It appears that there are less people learning trades and skills these days, and I don't understand why. Who else makes $78 per hour - other than a doctor or someone like them with fortunes tied up in formal education?
I'll risk the wrath of tradesmen and say that I don't think that average folks should bail out people making $78 per hour. I'll risk further wrath and say that I seriously question what we've already bailed out, and I ask "Where does it end?" Things like this especially come to mind when bailed out - rich - fat-cat bankers went to LAVISH spas and resorts using taxpayer money. As an example, the vast majority of average taxpayers wouldn't think of spending $10,000 a day PLUS - EACH - for a fancy resort. What gives them the gall to think that struggling, average people are going to pay for STUPID things like this? Realistically, these folks now work for the average taxpayer since we bailed them out, and we don't pay for things like this. Further, we don't pay $78 per hour when we make $10 per hour. SO, LET'S GET REAL AND HAVE SOME OVERSIGHT! IS ANYONE WATCHING HOW OUR MONEY IS SPENT? BLUNTLY, I vote NO on bailing out fat cats! If we're going to bail someone out, let them live like we do!

Yes, it does kinda ruin a good coffee time.
This is what the socialists unions have done to these companies as well as bad choices such as making Hummers and other really large vehicles of that type that no one is buying. The car makers in the south that are non-union still pay really good wages to their employees (not that good but still good) and those companies are doing well even in this rough economy. It doesn't help when these big companies also give a lot of money away to politicians and such activist organizations such as the homosexual ones. That money would have been better spent improving their products and equipment so as to reduce costs. These and many other bad choices is what has put them where they are. No, taxpayers should not have to pay for their mistakes.

Poppin' in here for a bit of "cyber" joe since it's too late in the day for me for a real cup. I've been following DW's posting frenzy and need to catch my breath. It's seems the middle east, russia and china are all taking up their pre ordained positions and we could be going home soon. I'm still thinking that inauguration day would be perfect, but who knows? Things sure are mess, but so interesting to watch as things happen faster and faster.

Sister!!I don't go on a posting frenzy, I don't know how you figure that?? ?? And no, it's never to late to have a cup of coffee. On another note, yes Biblical prophecy is lining up as God told us it will. Yes Biblical prophecy is exciting to watch happening, in this day and age.

Hello Jemidon, Brother, I think that most of us are doing pretty good, but I would think that most of us know that things are changing for the worse around the world pretty rapidly. As Christians, GOD has already given us our Promises, so we know that we are in HIS Hands for Eternity. I think that most of us know that the time is getting short for the lost to accept CHRIST, so this is our highest priority every day. Brother, I'm happy to hear that you and your wife are healthy and doing so well. I'm convinced that GOD has work for all of us to do, regardless of where we are or what profession we're in. I would hope and pray that all Christians simply decide to pray, pray some more, and yield ourselves to the Will of GOD until HE Comes to take us HOME. Love In Christ, Tom Revelation 22:1-7 NASB Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There will no longer be any curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will serve Him; they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever. And he said to me, "These words are faithful and true"; and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show to His bond-servants the things which must soon take place. "And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."

(As Christians, GOD has already given us our Promises, so we know that we are in HIS Hands for Eternity.) Amen to that Blackeyedpeas, where could we ever find a leader who will wash away all of our sins and give us eternal bliss. The coffee is hot and it's raining and freezing here in Pennsylvania, calling for snow also so I guess the coffee better stay hot . You know I still haven't figured out this insert quote thing.
