It's snowing today. Lot's of it and it's sticking to the ground already. The coffee is on and it's strong and hot. The hot cocoa is ready also. It is supposed to snow both today and tomorrow so it looks like I'll be inside for awhile.

The weatherman said we might get snow, but it missed us. We did get some colder temperatures, but nothing like we expected. Regardless, the coffee pot will be on.
Everyone try to stay warm.

Brothers and Sisters, Is it time for a cup of coffee? If not, what time is the time for a cup of coffee? Let's make this easier and start out with four choices:
1 - On the hour - any hour.
2 - 1/4 past the hour - any hour.
3 - 1/2 past the hour - any hour.
4 - 3/4 past the hour - any hour.I'm going to have a cup of coffee while everyone is trying to decide.

I forgot number 5, so I'm safe. I got wild this time and put some diet Hazelnut Coffee-Mate in it. I'm told that Coffee-Mate puts out some more flavors near Christmas to see how people like them. I've tried Cinnamon, French Vanilla, and Hazelnut so far and they're all pretty good for something different every now and then. There's probably some young folks out there thinking there's an old guy thinking it's wild to put flavored creamer in your coffee. They're also probably wondering if I have indoor plumbing and electricity. Well, this is enough excitement for one day.

Welcome Brothers and Sisters, it is a great day that the Lord has made. So as you in the north and west try to stay warm, us in the south are still trying to stay cold. However, nothing beats a great cup of coffee in the morning here at this forum. The jokes make us smile, and the reading of God's words makes us stronger in the spirit and coffee time gives us all a chance for good fellowship and a time of reflection. Each part of this forum gives us the courage and the strength to go on and fight the battle to save the four words that all Americans should keep close to their hearts, the words are: IN GOD WE TRUST. For without God in our lives we will have no strength to fight Satan in his power and will to destroy us. But we here are keeping on with getting out the word that Jesus is Our Lord and Savior, and as for the battle we say bring it on......we are prepared. Yep, I am prepared...... ....where did I put my coffee cup? Anyone seen it?

Is anyone else enjoying this cold weather? It's a beautiful day here but really cold and windy. A windchill of 6 whole degrees this morning. I've got my coffee in hand and is it ever good.
