I just checked, and I think that the coffee is only hidden at your house. I'll make enough for everyone, and it will be one of those bring your own cup affairs with NO DONUTS. However, if you have something to DUNK, bring it.

Hello everyone, Sorry I have not stopped in for coffee lately. I spent the last week filling out paperwork for Judge in SSD case. It was hard work trying to remember old dates of doctor visits and comments doctor's said to me. I was a nervous wreck and ended up with headache from it all. So rest was what I needed most. I am finally calmed down, but tired. Has anyone here had to go before a judge for SSD?? If so what kind of questions were you asked?? I sure hope this goes well for me cause I don't know what I will do if it doesn't. Anyways, tomarrow is another day and I will look forward to having coffee with you all again.

Yes, I did go through the Soc Sec pain.
I can understand the headache from all of the paperwork. I was fortunate to have copies of all of my medical records so I didn't have to remember the information, I just had to look it up. A habit I got from being in the Military was to keep copies of everything in my records. It helped to present the court with those records also.
Most of the questions were directed at my lawyer. They asked me about my Military time. I also had a cane at the time so they asked me if I used it all of the time. At that time the answer was no so the Judge asked me when and how much I used it. I was honest with him and told him it was only when I had to do a lot of walking like that day. He asked me if I used it at home and I said no but that we had furniture placed around the house where I could use that instead if I needed to.

Thanks for your comments. I had all my records, it was the problem of digging them all out of storeage and figuring out what they needed. One doctor I see I get a letter in the mail with the date of my office visit. I also have a case manager that is there as well. So if the dates I couldn't find the letters, I figured I could call her up and find out. Except she never called me back, so the paperwork went in as it was. I get scatterbrained, when it comes to doing anything involving the government. But now hopefully all I got to do is go to my judge appointment, which is going to be by teleconferencing where I sit in front of a big screen and the judge is somewhere's else. Anyways, I made it back for my coffee. Now it is time to kick back and relax.

ALMOST happy midnight to everyone! I'm having the last cup of coffee for my day now - at least I think so. If not, I'll start a new day and get some more coffee. I might even get completely wild and have some high fiber, multi-whole grain, low fat, low cholesterol crackers that actually don't taste bad at all.
