Good morning everyone!

We had a nice surprise last night - no rain for a change.

Everything is so soaked that the air is almost like breathing water. I have no idea how well the mosquitoes are, but I'm sure that they are busy little rascals.

We are hoping and praying that our weather starts moving and giving other people the rain that they need. In the meantime, bring your own containers to SW Oklahoma and take all the water you can carry. NO CHARGE! - but you might be nice and bring COFFEE.   Wink

Good morning.

Third day in a row for rain for here. Some places here have been seeing some flooding now and some damage from baseball sized hail. The worst of it seemed to go around the city that I'm in but hit the surrounding areas really hard. I think that I'll leave the water in Oklahoma for someone else to come get but I'll be glad to share some coffee with you anyway.

Smiley  Well, I got my smiley, but my nicely typed message just disappeared.
It's a nice evening. I just got home from spending the day visiting with some old classmates. We had a wonderful time talking about the good ole days. But it is good to be home, relaxing, and sharing a cup of coffee and good fellowship with everyone. Hope you all had a great day.

Hello islandboy,

Yes, I have had a wonderful day today. It has been a quiet day at home for me. The temps are down below 70 degrees so I turned the A/C's off and opened up the windows where I've been sitting watching out. I would have gone outside but it is raining off and on.

Hello Brother and Sisters!  I've missed a few days of coffee. This week has been rather hectic, between spending the better part of two days at the hospital with my dad, and studying for an exam.  My dad had his first radiation treatment on Thursday, and although he did fine initially, today has been rather rough.  Please lift him in prayer.

Pastor Roger, where is that giant pot of coffee?  I sure could use some now.

Blessings to all!  I probably won't be around much until after my exam on Wednesday.

Right here, sister, all you can handle.

My prayers with your dad as well as with you in this time with him and with your exam.

Hello Faithin1,

You and your family will be in my prayers. Please try to reserve some time for proper rest - AND

KEEP LOOKING UP!

 Cheesy

We went without rain for almost 24 hours, but we have a big thunderstorm rolling in right now. The lights are flickering and there's a lot of lightning, so I'll post this while I can.

I just really have one thought right now:

Be strong in the LORD and the Power of HIS MIGHT!

Love In Christ,
Tom

Hebrews 12:1-2 NASB  Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Good Morning Everyone!

It's Coffee Time!

Rise And Shine!

Now all I need is a trumpet to wake everyone up.

If you hadn't noticed, I'm like a piece of chained down lightning and I'm ready to go.   Grin

I'm heading off to get that first cup right now. Maybe then I might be "a piece of chained down lightning and I'm ready to go".   Grin Grin Grin Grin

Now that I've had that first cup of coffee to get my vision cleared everybody has left the forum.  Undecided Undecided

Perhaps I need to get up a little earlier?
