Thank you, Joey, the same to you.
The day has just begun here at 6:20 AM. A beautiful snowy day in the Lord.

McDonald's coffee defeats Starbucks' Consumer Reports: 'Decent and moderately strong' beats 'burnt and bitter'
Consumer Reports has declared McDonald's coffee the winner of a taste test against three rivals, including coffeehouse giant Starbucks.
After sampling four leading brewed coffees for its March issue, the magazine said McDonald's premium roast coffee bested competing cups from Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks, the world's largest specialty coffee retailer.
The tastings were led by a professional tester, and included staffers from Consumer Reports' food-testing division, spokeswoman Heather Joy Thompson said.
The group tasted medium cups of coffee -- no cream or sugar -- at two locations from each company in November. They rated McDonald's premium brand the best, calling it "decent and moderately strong" although lacking "subtle top notes."
Others didn't fare so well. Dunkin Donuts' coffee was deemed "inoffensive, but it had no oomph." Starbucks was labeled "strong, but burnt and bitter." Burger King's offering resembled coffee, "but tasted more like hot water," the magazine said.
Consumer Reports said McDonald's was the least expensive, at $1.40 per cup on average. Dunkin' Donuts was the priciest, at $1.65.
In response, Starbucks spokeswoman Sanja Gould said taste is subjective and pointed to the Seattle-based company's sales.
"The 44 million customer visits to our stores per week globally indicate that many people enjoy our premium coffee," Gould said in a statement.

I think that I will stick to Folger's original coffee, 100% Columbian medium dark roast. A nice fresh cup of it in my hands right now sure taste good on such a cold morning as it is here. 3 below with a wind chill of 14 below. It is supposed to drop to 6 below later tonight so here I sit stuck inside where it is warm, enjoying that coffee, some wonderful fellowship in and with God. Another wonderful day in the Lord!

I hope that everyone is enjoying this "global warming" weather. As for me I am trying to stay indoors today wrapped up with a cup of hot coffee. We have had about 7 inches of snow with drifts of a couple of feet. There are blizzard warnings out here. The wind is so strong at times that there is a complete whiteout. I tried to open my front door and couldn't because the snow was drifted up against it.

I had to go out yesterday after all. A friend was trapped at the bus station. He came back in from a trip from N. Carolina. Because of the weather the trip took longer than he expected and he had nothing to eat for 2 days going on three. He had money on his bank card but no way to get at it. It was 25 mph driving on the Interstate but we made it just fine. God is great!

I really feel bad for all those who are snowed in, under, and all around. I thank God the only thing we have been getting is a lot of winds some tornadoes, so far none have affected my area although they have come very close to it. We are expecting very low temperatures tonight, in the 20's, that might sound warm to some who are in below zero areas, but this is Florida, our homes are not built for cold weather not to mention that when your bones start hurting the minute the temperatures start going below 60 it's hard to walk across the room.
A nice hot cup of coffee to warm up my cold and achy bones.

20 does sound warm. With below zero temps and strong winds causing a wind chill much lower than that it feels at times that these homes are like those in southern Calif or Florida ... not built for the weather. I just grab some more blankets, some coffee and God's word. That always warms me up.
