I wish I could brother. It's just not possible anymore.
It's easy to make apple juice. All you need is a press. You put the apples in a press and squeeze the juice out. The left overs are good to make applesauce with.
I cheat, I have a 12 foot basket picker. So I don't have to reach up to pick apples. I think I'll get a new computer before, I get a press for apple juice.

We made a press for ourselves. It was made mostly of wood with some metal straps to strengthen it.

Brothers and Sisters, I don't know if the same is true for fresh apple juice as it is for fresh orange juice, but I bought an orange juicer and there was a warning recommending not to make more than would be consumed in a 24 hour period because it is not pasteurized it can easily grow bacteria.

That's when you put it through a canning process just as you would any canned fruit or vegetable. If you make it then just leave it in the fridge or something then you have to worry about the bacteria.

That reminds me of a story I have to tell you guys. My sisters were on the internet and talking to friends. For some odd reason they thought that it would be cool to make wine. So about a month ago they swiped a cooler and a big pickle jar. They put grapes, water and yeast in the container. Well after about a month of this stuff fermenting I was unaware and looking for a cat toy and was digging in my sister's toy chest. I found a cooler and opened it and an awful stench filled the room. I woke up my parents and they asked my sister what they were making. My sister said that they were making wine and wanted my parents to try some. My sisters are always coming up with stupid ideas.

Jesus is our first, last and only hope. Without Him we would be nothing.
