hmmmm, the 16oz is standard for me, but the 20oz would be more my style. I think its funny that BEP's found a picture of me in the morning with my coffee

. MY cup is only 6 ounces and I only drink 3-4 a day.

Mine never needs warmed up. It doesn't last that long.

You might say I am weaning from coffee and drinking water, tomato jiuce, orange juice, grape juice and cranberry juice more. I take so many different medications and a lot of them have a side effect ( dry mouth )
