Those are regular glasses, the tint in them is whats known as photo gray extra.

they have transitions lens now that adjust to the light or lack or it. I can't wear any of those thought. I have to wear fitovers, they are huge and fit right over the prescription eyeglasses. I have trifocals, and prisms in my lenses so the fitovers are the only choice for me.

I heard there is a new technology on it's way out where you will be able to get a type of transition lens too. It hasn't hit the market as of yet but is supposed to be here in the U.S. within the next year.

I've seen those advertised on TV, I think they already have them here in the US

Mine are fitted into my helmet, and I think they look sharp.
