Who Am I?

Shedding tears, all is lost.
So many fears, all hope is lost.
But then one day I saw His hand.
He lifted me; could this be the man?
I’ve heard about him; what a shining light.
My heart feels warm; this must be right.
Who is he?
My Majesty, My All in All, My King of Kings.
He’s overtaken me; I feel brand new.
He washed me clean. This is something new.
What can I give? What can I say?
Clearly Jesus has made a way.
I know that I love him. What a beautiful light!
His Word is correct. His path is right.
I hear the trumpets.
I hear the praise.
My God has redeemed me.
What some wonderful days!
My journey has ended and I’ve overcome
This world of corruption by God’s only Son.
The reason I made it was because of His grace.
What wonderful joy that has filled this old place.
He made me who I am not because of my own will
But because of His love, compassion, and Will!
That’s who I am!
