Any opinions?  A heart hardened by God is a reprobate, correct?  They cannot, even if they want to, repent, correct?  Pharoah was reprobate, correct?  What a horrible predicament to get oneself into.

Reprobates....
Let me look that up... flip

flip....

Okay:
Main Entry: 1 rep·ro·bate
Pronunciation: 're-pr&-"bAt
Function: transitive verb
Inflected Form(s): -bat·ed; -bat·ing
Etymology: Middle English, from Late Latin reprobatus, past participle of reprobare -- more at REPROVE
1 : to condemn strongly as unworthy, unacceptable, or evil <reprobating the laxity of the age>
2 : to foreordain to damnation
3 : to refuse to accept : REJECT
synonym see CRITICIZE

I think only Jesus is allowed to do this.  Good thing - I'm a TERRIBLE judge!  Unfortunately, some folks make it a regular habit, and enjoy themselves while doing it - it makes them feel "powerful".

Pray for those who consider themselves 'judges' of the heart.  Men can judge actions - not the heart.

The KJV lists the word 4 times.

(Jer 6:30)  Reprobate silver shall men call them, because the LORD hath rejected them.

(Rom 1:28)  And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

(2Ti 3:Cool  Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

(Tit 1:16)  They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

Joh 9:4  I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
