But I have to confess, as a converted PETA subscriber, I say tofu is the way to go! Chicken fried snake(with jalapenos)
Nopalitos(with jalapenos)
Jalapenos
Trail beans(with jalapenos)
brisket(with jalapenos)
fried corn (with jalapenos)
jalapenos
frijoles(with jalapenos)
enchiladas(with jalapenos)
javalina/jalapeno sausage(with jalapenos)
and bbq armadillo (or prarie dog) (with jalapenos)
