Dreamweaver,
Thanks brother. Two great minds couldn't be all wrong.
I'm still working on the setup for the firewall. So far, things appear to be much faster than Norton Internet Security. There are a few yes and no settings on the firewall to things that I don't know what they are, but I have a 50% chance of being right.
Example: I said "YES" to Microsoft Generic Host. I think that's necessary for DNS lookups, but I guessed.
I also have to figure out whether to allow remote initiated message queing service. I said "NO", and there doesn't appear to be any problem. Could you give me an idea if I messed up these settings? Thanks in advance.
I know one thing - I just found out what a system hog Norton was in comparison. Everything is much faster, and I saved $70. If they work as good as the reviews say, I will save $70 a year from now on.
Love In Christ,
Tom
