Psalms 133:1

He certainly endorsed it says David.  Amos however states that you really don't have just meeting together and confessing Christ only. Agreement with the book is a must to fufill Psalms 133:1 and Amos 3:3 also. No agreement and hanging with folks is sin as much as adultery, stealing and killing is.

The next question could be can you have unity groups you click with and have incorrect doctrine or political views only?
Peter says no. 2 Peter 1:20-21. No custom made doctrine in Christ that applies to certain people only. All doctrine is 100% truth which means your exposing a lier or the devil and your exposing someone in truth at the same time.

If we love God, we seek to know Him.
