Universal Life Church

Greetings,
Has anyone here heard of or know anything about the 'Universal Life Church'?  I came across them this morning and they are ordaining as ministers anyone who fills out an online aplication. LINK REMOVED is their site, but it doesn't really say anything about them.  Does anyone here have any information on this group?

They are a non-denominational anything goes organization. They have no set doctrine of any sort. They will even ordain someone that is into the occult.

Thank you for the reply pastor.  I thought it was odd that they would ordain anyone.  They also sell doctorates in biblical studies and titles.  I had never heard of them and was courious if it was a legitimate outfit or a internet scam of some kind.

They will give anyone an ordination without charge over the internet but they do try to get you to buy there products also. In that aspect it does border on a scam.

I know they will ordain someone who is in the occult because i had a friend who went on this site just to pick at christians and he became ordained. they sent him the certificate and all. I think that it is a mockery of the Minister's office. There are those who are CALLED to the Ministry...and not everyone is called to preach or officiate weddings, yet at this site, they allow all faiths, and all religions. I'm looking around in there now, and all i see is a joke. They make a comment about ordaining others with their permission and it says "This includes public figures as well as cartoon and other fictional characters." what a joke. It says that it is interfaith...how grave a mistake. this is one example of the melting of all the faiths in the world to provide a single religion. How sad.

I agree with Pastor Roger, Dreamweaver, and Joshua. The Universal Life Church is a ministry of the devil. I also agree completely that it is yet another sign of the end times.

WOW! - they have the ultimate example of proclaiming evil good. I have them as a link in one of my folders called "Internet Infidels", but I have removed the link here. They might as well be licensing the devil to preach, and they are.

I did a little more reading on them, and they just keep getting stranger and stranger.  I think it is safe to say that they are just trying to make money off of using the Lord's name, so in that respect, I would have to agree on it being Devilish in nature.

some get tricked into going there .I go there to a couple of there sites and preach .They are tricky .I only had a couple question there ways .But I tell them how evil there thinking is ..I don"t know if any will come to the LORD in TRUTH ,But still I tell them .I think satan is useing these people to help form the one world church .They have some scripture if your weak in truth .I would say ?DON"T go to there sites .As satan is very deceiving .Get your eyes on the LORD .And keep them there .As we are in the last days and satan is deceiving all he can .But as long as we study our LORDS PERFECT WORD AND HAVE FAITH .WE will over come

Do you know that is pretty much what the satanic bible states?  YOU (instead of God) determine what is right as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others....its in the satanic bible.    How sad...people are going to be tricked into going to this church that has tolerance for all sins.
