I'm taking my first international trip overseas. I will be flying from Texas to Taiwan. There are a lot of things worrying me. For one, my entire digestive system goes haywire with time changes. I hope I can make it through the flight.

I am in Taiwan now. The trip was very smooth. No problems at all!
