Thanks Brother! I'm going to guess that I don't have the settings right for windows media player. I do have the latest version, but it only opens automatically on midi.

By the way, I love to hear and see "Resting in the Lord's Arms." That's REAL joy, peace, and safety - something this world can't offer.

Thanks Sister Pat!

I do love that old song done in many different ways. I don't know a lot about music, but that's what I call "Southern Gospel". It has a faster tempo, more of a beat, and defintely has a "toe-tappin'" quality to it.  Cheesy

YES!, I do feel like singing again. That was another beautiful piano arrangement of a precious old hymn. I really like it that you also post the words. That just adds to the enjoyment, and I can wait until I have the house to myself to sing along.   Cheesy

wow what a wonderful thread, having been brought up in church many of these beautiful old songs are like a journey down a musical memory lane, thanks so much, i have one song that i have sang several times in church and love dearly and its that song "I Must Tell Jesus" i have to say that that song is without a doubt one of my all time favorites... also another favorite oldiw of mine is Farther Along(WB Stevens Arr J.R. Baxter, Jr.) i really enjoy theses ones immensly
