Symphony,

The Angel of Light?

2Co 11:14  And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

I go into court frequently in Jeans (no, not with charges on me). There is a housing project that I go witnessing in. A suit and tie there would not be proper. The few that have tried that get run out.

Some of the biggest shysters I have met always wear suits.

There is an old saying that applies. "Clothes do not make the man, the man makes the clothes."

But the wisdom that is from above is ...without hypocrisy. Jam 3:17

And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire:1Ki 19:11-12

  Cool

....and?

Ahem.   (shakes head)

At least this thread is appropriately titled.    Roll Eyes

I work with kids and get called into Juvenile Court sometimes at a very short notice, no time to change. Wink Grin

Okay, well, Pastor Roger, that's what some of the others here might question.

If you were the one being called into court, then I'm understanding you would both take the time and be appropriately dressed.

So isn't that sort of changing one's stripes?

Which is what some here are...ahem...questioning?
