My name is Pam and not only am I new member here but am also a fairly new Christian.  I was raised in a home where we went to church but nothing to back it up after church. Roll Eyes  At the age of 35, I found myself wondering why I was making my children go to church and I was not.  My son was baptized and I had to go.  Now, I love my church, preacher, and the Lord.  It's wonderful to serve the Lord individually but it's really great to serve him as a family.  I have found more joy over the last 4 months!  One of the greatest things just happened the other night when my 18 month old was saying his prayers before bed.  When I was done praying with him, I said Amen.  He then tried it but it came out Ma Men!  He went around all day today saying it whenever I did.  What a blessing! Welcome Pam!
I am a new member myself, so I don't know how proper it is to be welcomed by someone new... but I'm sure it can't hurt!  Welcome, my sister, it's very nice to meet you.  I enjoyed your short testimony very much.  Especially the part about your son… children are such an amazing blessing aren’t they!?  I will pray for the safety and happiness of your family Pam.

May the Peace of Christ be with you and all yours.

Hello Pam,

WELCOME!!! Congratulations on the most important decision of your life, accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. One of the wonderful things about being a Christian is that your joy continues to grow as you yield to the Will of the Lord and let Him work in and through you. I pray that you will grow strong in Jesus and experience the joy that is possible only in Jesus. You will be blessed and so will your family.

Love In Christ,
Tom
