II Cor 4:16 Though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

Rom 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

We die physically because of Adam and Eve, but our spirit is made alive to God through Jesus Christ. Outwardly our bodies grow old and die but inwardly we are quickened spiritually daily.

Rom 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

The Spirit helps by interceding with groanings that cannot be uttered when we know not what to pray for as we ought.
