Hi all. My name is Betty. I am 50 years "young," married for 25 years to a marvelous Christian man, and mother to a 23 year old daughter who in January 2005 will bless me with my first grandchild!!

I've joined this forum in hopes that we can share each others burdens and problems. I attend church but believe that "do not forsake the assembling of yourselves together" also means communicating with others outside the church home, like being involved in forums like this with other christians.

I look forward to getting to know you!!   Cheesy

Oklahoma Howdy to bplemm,

WELCOME!! Congratulations on your first grandchild. I was fortunate to live close enough to my daughter to be at the hospital for the births of my grandchildren. All I can say is: WOW!!! I was happy and I can't describe the joy. We have quite a few people here who are sweet Christians and grandparents. Being a grandparent is a happy job.   Cheesy

I hate coming in late to welcome people. It seems like everyone's already said everything to be said. Well, Welcome to ChristiansUnite anyway!  Smiley
